Browsing the internet searching for the perfect winter shoes I discovered some really pretty ones from Juan Antonio Lopez collection on Yoox.com , I find that they share the same elegant profile and colours as Manolos , but if Blahnik at Liberty is over budget these suede green ones can be purchased from 120£ which is often the price for a top of the range High St brand that will definiterly not have the same quality of design and craftsmanship.
These oxblood red booties are definitely on top of my list at 140£.
My favourite shop in London is showcasing wonderful goodies for shoes lovers at the moment introducing exclusive Manolo Blahnik designs on scarves, fabrics, cushions ....and shoes lots and lots of lovely shoes, some even come in chocolate!
Now I 'm extremely happy to see the back of the stripper platform shoe trend this season in favour of stilettos.I hated the YSL tribute from day one and all the strippers inspired shoes that followed, the reason I love Blahnik so much is because his designs have the most elegant profiles and they really make the most elegant silhouette even with the shortest , plumpest legs.
